Foreign individual
- Valid passport or another identity document issued by a foreign authority.
- Valid visa, visa-equivalent document such as a temporary residence card, or proof of visa exemption if residing in Vietnam.
- In-person biometric appointment if you do not have a Vietnamese electronic identity.
- Any additional information required by the bank under its internal customer checks.
Foreign-invested company
- Enterprise Registration Certificate and Investment Registration Certificate where required.
- Tax code and registered office details.
- Passport or identity document of the legal representative.
- Bank confirmation of whether the company needs an ordinary payment account, a DICA, or both.

- Gültiger Reisepass oder ein anderes amtliches ausländisches Identitätsdokument.
- Gültiges Visum, ein Dokument mit Visums-Ersatzwert wie eine Aufenthaltskarte oder ein Nachweis der Visumsbefreiung, wenn Sie in Vietnam wohnen.
- Termin zur persönlichen Erfassung der biometrischen Daten, wenn keine vietnamesische elektronische Identität vorhanden ist.

- Bestätigung der Bank, ob ein normales Zahlungskonto, ein DICA oder beide Konten nötig sind.

Doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài
- Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp và Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư nếu thuộc trường hợp phải có.
- Mã số thuế và thông tin về trụ sở đăng ký.
- Hộ chiếu hoặc giấy tờ định danh của người đại diện theo pháp luật.
- Xác nhận của ngân hàng về việc cần tài khoản thanh toán thông thường, DICA hay cả hai.
