A local contact for clients moving to Vietnam
If an existing client needs personal help with housing choices or settling in, you can refer them to MAIVN. We are seeking referrals to MAIVN. We do not offer customers to your firm.
When a referral fits
- A foreign founder needs help choosing an area to live while you handle company or legal work.
- A new teacher or family needs personal arrival guidance outside your school admissions work.
- A client has visa or residence paperwork underway and needs help planning housing and daily life.
Your work stays separate
Keep your existing legal, visa, school or business services. MAIVN handles only the personal support agreed with the client. This is not a proposal for reciprocal referrals, commissions or exclusivity.
We provide practical information and support, not legal, tax, medical, property or insurance advice. Housing, school places and approvals are not guaranteed.
How to refer a client
- Share this service page or our Zalo contact with a client who asks for this help.
- The client contacts MAIVN directly. If an introduction is needed, ask for their permission before sharing personal details.
- MAIVN checks the request and confirms availability, tasks and fees before any work starts.
A referral does not commit your firm or the client to a purchase. No fee, supplier contract, service capacity or transfer of client data is agreed by sharing this page.
