• Neon (Databricks Inc.) — data processor for structured storage of contact requests, server location EU/Frankfurt

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to info@maivnconsulting.com and additionally stored in structured form at Neon (server location EU/Frankfurt), so that inquiries can be tracked internally and — if the requester wishes — used to send proposals about our services. The legal basis for processing the inquiry itself is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling incoming inquiries); for using the data for promotional emails, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with § 7(2) No. 3 UWG (consent), where the requester has agreed to the optional checkbox in the contact form.

Retention period: contact requests are stored for up to 3 years from the date of the request (aligned with the standard limitation period under German § 195 BGB), or until an earlier deletion is requested. Any marketing consent given is, independently of that, stored only until it is withdrawn.

The fonts used on this website are self-hosted via next/font and bundled at build time; no external request to Google Fonts is made at runtime.
